Paracetamol / Pharmaceutical Production Facility – with Füzyon Makina Quality

Below you can find the general production flow, described step by step, with a clear and impactful language.


1. Raw Material Preparation & Tank System

Production starts with high-quality raw materials. Our small stainless-steel tanks are ideal for laboratory-scale prepared solutions. Our sterile stainless-steel tanks ensure stability and complete tightness. Thanks to nitrogen blanketing, oxidation and contamination risks are minimized.


2. Mixing, Reaction & Homogenization

To achieve the desired consistency and stable homogeneity, our tank agitators come into play. With high-efficiency rotor-stator systems or magnetic drive options, mixing is fast, continuous and safe.


3. Filtration & Purification

After the reaction, precipitates and particles are separated with our filtration tanks and integrated filter systems. For sterile products, 0.22 μm membrane filtration is available. This ensures purity and strict quality control.


4. Filling & Sealing

In the final step, the solution is processed with our vial and ampoule filling machines. Operating under aseptic conditions, our lines combine washing, sterilization, filling and sealing in one system. Sealing is carried out with precision — flame/lase sealing or rubber stopper + aluminum crimp.


5. Cleaning, Sterilization & Drying

After every batch, equipment hygiene is critical. That’s why our facilities are equipped with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) systems. Finally, the DIP (Dry-in-Place) system ensures complete drying. All processes are automated and monitored with advanced control systems.


6. Sterile Environment & GMP Integration

Throughout the facility, sterile production rooms (cleanrooms) meet GMP standards with HEPA-filtered air circulation and pressure-controlled environments. Aseptic filling zones are supported by airlocks, air curtains and strict hygiene protocols.
