• Storage and Feeding Tank Station:

Designed to support programmable stacking methods, integrated with the feeding system, and equipped with modular stacking apparatus to allow future capacity expansion.

• Main Process Tank Station:

As the backbone of production, stainless steel process tanks (tank farm) were planned in different capacities and can be operated from both the upper and lower floors. The automation system works in full coordination with advanced safety features. All process tanks include CIP washing systems, while the lower floor uses a mobile discharge system for efficient space and cost management.

• Mixing Station:

Divided into two sections for large mobile pot tanks and small vessels. The station includes 15 mixers for large pots capable of homogenizing even solid-intensive processes, and 20 independent mixer units for small vessels. Each unit can be operated with separate recipes, while safety sensors ensure accident prevention.

• Mobile Pot Tank Washing Station:

After mixing and discharge, mobile pot tanks are transported by conveyors to the washing station for preparation, then reintegrated into the production line.

All engineering support was provided by Füzyon Engineering, while production and fabrication were realized under Füzyon Makina. After project delivery, continuous service and technical support are ensured.
