Cleanliness and hygiene are very different concepts for the sectors we work in. Equipment cleaning is very important in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries and it is a phase that will not accept failures for downstream processes.
As Fuzyon; we have been producing washing, cleaning and sterilization systems in accordance with GMP for a long time. All of our products are designed according to our own customer needs and are processed as a result of extremely meticulous workmanship and detailed testing stages. We have experience in washing specific format parts and IBCs (containers), especially for the pharmaceutical industry.
We manufacture baskets and carriers for our machines specific to your process. All of our machines are produced from 316L quality stainless steel material and the entire internal structure is designed and produced in accordance with GMP. The inner surfaces and installations of our products are at Ra<0,2 level. We carry out the most appropriate washing and cleaning with a minimum of 3 different chemicals and 3 different water supply systems.
