At Füzyon, we design and manufacture pressure and non-pressure tanks to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

High hygiene and surface quality: We adopt the highest hygiene standards in our production.

  • We achieve a surface smoothness of <0.5 μm Ra with mechanical mirror polishing on internal surfaces.
  • For more sensitive parts, we apply electropolishing.

Flexible design and safety: Depending on customer requirements, we design our tanks for atmospheric or closed systems.

  • We offer optional ex-proof (explosion-proof) solutions.
  • We deliver our tanks integrated with automation systems, ready for use.

Tailor-made solutions: For every project, we work based on the URS (User Requirement Specification) criteria provided by our customers.

  • We take all functionalities and operations into account during solid modeling.

Reliable control and automation: We prefer reliable brands for our control systems.

  • We connect process equipment with European-origin A3 group hygienic fittings.
  • We use Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron in our systems.
  • We design all HMI screens to be user-friendly.
  • If required, we also provide ATEX-certified production.
