Within the scope of the softgel process, we have successfully completed the production of process tanks for gelatin and inner media solution preparation, manufactured in compliance with ASME BPE standards.

• Automation: All tanks are fully controlled by an automatic Siemens PLC system.

• Mixing: The main gelatin tank is equipped with a specially designed agitator for high-viscosity products.

• Safety: The tanks have been hydrostatically tested and TÜV-certified, including all pressure vessel safety features.

• Custom Design: Each tank has been designed and positioned specifically for its room and location to ensure optimal space utilization.
