In this tank, which was designed and produced for our customer, who is the leader in aroma sauce production, fruit processes can be carried out with both the external and the mixing wing-coil structure of the tank. Heating-cooling processes are provided by the wing structure as well as the tank wall. In this way, very fast heat transfer can be achieved. This process, which is completely closed to the atmosphere and carried out under protective gases, ensures compliance with aseptic production. The production process starts and ends automatically. Afterwards, washing and cleaning CIP operations run in accordance with the selected recipe. Thanks to the data logger on the PLC-powered system, the desired reporting and production monitoring can be done with 18 channel recording.
