We started the aluminum welding method known as FSW, that is, friction stir welding, in Turkey. The technology to perform friction stir welding is now available in Turkey and of course with Fusion; our many years of knowledge and experience in welding form the basis of our product quality. With our knowledge of welding, we designed and produced machines for this advanced welding method. We have all the new welding technologies within our own structure.

- Plasma welding on stainless steel (up to 20 mm)

- Automatic key-hole welding with robot in stainless steel (up to 25 mm thickness)

- Orbital wire and wireless welding techniques in stainless steel. We can perform this application on up to 4" pipes (up to 4 mm wall thickness).

- Automatic linear welding automation (tig and mig synergic welds) (up to 10 mm thickness)

- 8-axis dual-position robot welding (mig, tig and laser)

- Wire-fed laser welding with 3 kW power (up to 8 mm thickness)

- Argon welding systems with automatic wire feeding

- Oxy-acetylene open flame sources

- Welding incubators for materials such as titanium, hastell        oy and monel

- Gold and silver welds with Oxy-Plasma

Within the scope of the TUBITAK TEYDEB 1507 project, we manufactured machinery for a welding method that was applied for the first time in Turkey.  We were praised and appreciated by TÜBİTAK for this project. With this method, we aim to break new ground in aluminum welded manufacturing in the defense industry, aviation industry and naval industry. Within this project, tailored machine construction and manufacturing with a total weight of 5.5 tons have been completed. Welds have been successfully applied on flat and rotating parts. As Fuzyon Machinery, our R&D studies will continue. With this method, we can easily weld 7000 series aluminum, which cannot be joined in conventional welding, or aluminium materials with different characteristics (6000-5000 series). Mechanical deformations are at a minimum level. Material internal structural changes and internal stresses are very low.
